How it works
Most new build buyers walk into the model home alone and never use an agent. The builder’s commission for a buyer’s agent just stays with the builder. Here’s how you get part of it instead.

Questions
Does using you cost me anything?
No. The builder pays the buyer’s agent commission. Your rebate comes out of that commission.
Will the builder give me a worse deal?
Builders price the agent commission into every home whether you bring one or not. You pay the same price either way.
Is a rebate legal in Texas?
Yes. Texas allows buyer rebates with broker approval, as long as they’re disclosed to your lender and on the closing statement.
Which builders work?
Most major builders in Texas pay buyer’s agents. Tell me the community you’re considering and I’ll confirm before you visit.
Register before you tour
I’ll reply within one business day, confirm the builder pays agents, and register you as my client.
